Arkansas Chiropractic Group

Client

If ever asked what has been my most difficult yet rewarding client it would be Arkansas Chiropractic Group. What made this client so unique and challenging is the nature of their business. Arkansas Chiropractic Group specializes in assisting individuals with recent automotive injuries though chiropractic healing methods as well as filing claims to get their clients the biggest settlements.

When I came on board, the content previously created depicted typical chiropractic and car accident facts. Needless to say, we were missing the mark on properly relaying to their targeted audience two things: who they are and what they do.

​Let the challenge begin.

My First Approach
First, I cleaned up the designs to break up the overpowering blue content and create an overall ascetically pleasing page.

Another Try? No Problem
While the content redesign was an improvement, we weren't on message.
The client wanted to be bold and communicate their ability to provide the biggest car settlement for their clients. Upon research, I suggested the meme approach. The content was fun and simple to create and got immediate attention from the audience from which the client was pleased.

​One More Time
The memes gained higher engagement than all previous content, however, it wasn't producing an increase in clients. I then moved away from that approach and onto a more professional look while still maintaining the message of what sets Arkansas Chiropractic Group apart from other clinics.
​We decided motion based content may do the trick in grabbing the audience's attention.

The client made a pivotal decision that they wanted to switch from focusing on bringing in new clients to becoming a recognizable brand. 
​I created 4 categorial messages they I wanted to relay to their audience:
1) Call Arkansas Chiropractic Group first after a car accident 2) Make money 3) Reviews 4) Services

Conclusion 
It worked! My 4th attempt at a brand redesign for this client included everything they asked for. It featured a mixture of engaging and high quality content while spreading the message of the clients unique services.
Working with this client was challenging. It called for me to think outside of the box and go back the drawing board several times. While I did experience moments of discouragement I am proud that I persevered and was able to deliver what the client was ultimately looking for and gain great results.
